Will my child enjoy the assessment?
The sessions are designed to be child-friendly and most children enjoy what they are asked to do and try hard.
What age groups can be assessed?
Our educational psychologists can assess children or young people between the ages of 0 to 19.
Can adults be seen?
Adults can be assessed for dyslexia or other special needs which might affect access to further or higher education.
Will I be involved?
You will be present throughout the assessment and you will be asked to contribute.
How long will it take?
You should allow up to three hours for the assessment and discussion. The psychologist will normally take approximately two hours to write the report afterwards.
What does it cost?
The psychologist will give you a quotation after the initial discussion. You will not be committed to proceed with the assessment until you have accepted the quotation. There is no charge for the initial discussion.
